Directly, between buyer and seller. Car Bzaar organizes the event, rents the lot, and publishes the car list, but the sale itself, including the price, the test drive, and the paperwork, is between the two of you. We're not a broker or a dealer.
No. Buyers walk in for free. Just show up on the event day, walk the lot, and talk to sellers.
The first event, and likely the next couple after it, will have free or heavily discounted spots so we can build momentum. Regular pricing will be announced once the format is proven. Join the seller waitlist and we'll tell you before spots open.
In most places, individuals can sell a limited number of personal vehicles per year without needing a dealer license, while people selling more than that (or selling cars they've bought specifically to resell) are considered dealers and need to be licensed. In Ontario, that's regulated by OMVIC. Rules vary by province and by situation, so check the current regulations for where you live before selling. Licensed dealers are welcome too and can rent multiple spots.
TBD, we're locking down the venue in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area now. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know the date, location, and how to book a spot or preview the car list.
Yes. Book one spot per car. Dealers or private sellers with a small collection can rent multiple adjacent spots.
Just looking is completely fine. A lot of buyers will use the first event to compare cars in person before committing. No pressure, no salespeople.
Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment the first event is locked in.
